They comprise many things, such as: Title Searches, Certificate Enquiries, Section 27, Form 3's and 4's, Licence Agreements, Lodgement of Documents, Photocopying and any other work which may be required. The amount of these Disbursements will vary depending on whether you are selling or purchasing a property.
